5030 (Plant-based microemulsion builder)

5030 is a time-tested and proven plant-based technology developed by Hangsterfer's Laboratories. Its low hydrocarbon formulation uses special plant-derived ingredients to deliver superior results in a wide range of applications.

The unique lubricating properties of 5030 make it particularly effective in steel and cast iron applications where these materials predominate.

It is a chlorine-free, plant-based micro-emulsion that provides excellent cleanliness and effectively repels foreign oils. It works particularly well in high pressure refrigeration systems above 1500 psi and in plants operating in an automated, unmanned production environment ("lights out").

The naturally transparent formula provides good workpiece visibility, low consumption and often reduces coolant consumption by more than 20%!
